We are looking for a resilient, empathetic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
  • Assist customers with travel visa arrangements.
  • Assist with booking and confirmation of hotel reservations.
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Send ticket reservation requests to clients.
  • Assist with tour packages, itineraries, and costs as directed by the Team Lead.
  • Assist with MICE requests and arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as a Ticketing Officer.
  • IATA Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration could be an added advantage.
  • Amadeus or Galileo proficiency.
  • Strong demonstrable ability to work under pressure including deadlines and timelines while remaining in a Professional disposition.
  • Ethical behavior with an attention to detail.
  • Should have worked in a similar role.
  • Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
  • MS Office Proficiency
