We are looking for a resilient, empathetic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Assist customers with travel visa arrangements.
- Assist with booking and confirmation of hotel reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Send ticket reservation requests to clients.
- Assist with tour packages, itineraries, and costs as directed by the Team Lead.
- Assist with MICE requests and arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as a Ticketing Officer.
- IATA Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration could be an added advantage.
- Amadeus or Galileo proficiency.
- Strong demonstrable ability to work under pressure including deadlines and timelines while remaining in a Professional disposition.
- Ethical behavior with an attention to detail.
- Should have worked in a similar role.
- Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
- MS Office Proficiency
