Continent Tours – Terms & Conditions (Updated February 2026)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: CANCELLATION POLICY
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions, including our cancellation policy. Cancellations due to illness or personal emergencies are still subject to cancellation fees. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against such risks.
I acknowledge and agree to Continent Tours’ Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy. I understand that if I cancel for any reason, including illness or emergencies, I may not receive a full refund, and I will not initiate a chargeback for any fees I have agreed to.
Tour Deposit & Final Payment
Deposit Due Per Person is $500 or 25% of the tour cost, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request additional deposits as required by hotels and other suppliers for peak periods. Final Payments are due 61 days before the Tour begins. Late reservations may be subject to a non-refundable rush-booking fee.
Cancellation Terms
60+ days before tour: 15% of tour cost or $400 (whichever is higher)
59–45 days: 20% of tour cost or $500
44–31 days: 25% of tour cost or $700
30 days or fewer: 100% of tour cost (No Refund)
Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel Insurance Disclaimer
Cancellations for any reason—including illness, family emergencies, or visa issues—are subject to cancellation penalties. Travel insurance is the only protection against these risks. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
Credit Card Authorization and Chargebacks
By authorizing payment for any Continent Tours services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any fees covered under our stated Terms and Conditions. All claims and disputes must be addressed directly with Continent Tours. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide supporting documentation, including signed forms and policy acknowledgements.
Responsibilities
It is Continent Tours’ responsibility to provide the services listed with each tour itinerary. Continent Tours includes this information with every price quote. All lodging is double occupancy, bed & breakfast; including private baths. Comparable hotel substitutes will be provided if planned accommodations are not available. For single occupancy, a single supplement will be applied. Day rooms are not included unless specified.
Solo Travelers & Guaranteed Departures
All tours require a minimum of two (2) confirmed travelers to qualify as a guaranteed departure.
If only one (1) traveler is confirmed on a scheduled departure up to sixty (60) days prior to the departure date, the booking will be classified as a Solo Traveler booking, and Solo Traveler pricing may apply.
The Solo Traveler rate is determined based on the itinerary and operational requirements and typically ranges from 1.6 to 1.7 times the per-person double-occupancy price.
A Single Supplement applies only when a minimum of two (2) travelers are confirmed on the same departure and provides single-occupancy accommodation while retaining standard group pricing.
If at least one additional traveler confirms for the same departure prior to final confirmation, the Solo Traveler rate will no longer apply, and pricing will revert to standard per-person double-occupancy pricing, with an optional Single Supplement if single accommodation is requested.
By confirming a booking as a solo traveler, the traveler acknowledges and accepts these terms and any applicable pricing adjustments based on final group size.

Travelers’ safety and security are Continent Tours’ first priority.
