Drive to Lake Chad. Have lunch in Douguia; arrive at Lake Chad and board a boat to cruise on the lake. The lake is dotted with many islands and is home to a wide variety of wildlife including hippopotami, crocodiles, and large communities of migrating birds including wintering, ducks, ruff, and other waterfowl and shore birds.
