When you get at Meknes, you will see the most beautiful gate in all of Morocco, the Bab Mansour, as well as the historic medina's triple tier of 40 kilometers thick walls protecting it. After lunch, go to Fez through the holy city of Moulay Idriss, which is also the ultimate resting place of the country's founder of Islam, and a stop at the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis.
