The 4 star Spier Hotel is located adjacent to the tranquil Eerste River and features village-style buildings, lovely green grounds, and spacious suites. Our apartments are arranged around six courtyards, each of which has its own swimming pool. The design is inspired by the Bo-Kaap or Mediterranean communities, where pedestrians have priority.
The hotel’s restaurant is adequately equipped for sophisticated a la carte dining. For the menus, both the Restaurant and the Wine Bar seek out the freshest possible ingredients from a variety of local farmers and suppliers. Organic fruit and vegetables, selected herbs from our own gardens, and free-range eggs may be included, depending on seasonal variations and availability. The South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative only serves fish that have been rated as the most sustainable.
