KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design customized events, memorable trips, and authentic experiences that will meet or exceed clients’ expectations. 
• Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to plan personalized meet and greets for high-profile delegates and guests.
• Event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits. These include the planning, developing, coordination, and execution of exclusive locations, event activities, entertainment (music), catering, photography, transportation, settings, and decor for dinners, theme parties, cocktails, banquets, meetings, conferences, etc.
• Build and develop new programs for business and tour clients alike.

• Have knowledge of creating and managing intriguing team-building activities, culinary tours, and incentive packages.
• Assist with car rental, hotel reservations, and the proper dissemination of information between Operations and the Digital Marketing departments.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven working experience as an Event Planner.

– Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

– Well-versed in various areas of Event Management

– Demonstrable ability to work under pressure including deadlines and timelines, while remaining in a Professional disposition.

– Should have worked in a similar role.

– Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
