We are looking for a resilient, persuasive Business Development Executive with high negotiation skills to contribute to the growth of our company.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.


  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business while working with the management team to identify company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Owning the sales life cycle from prospecting to implementation by identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
  • Liaise keenly with our in-house Digital Marketing Team to discuss new market trends and perform a market capture strategy.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients both on-site and off-site. Including managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Operations Team in running outbound campaigns (newsletters, emails, cold calling, event sponsorship, trade show presentations, etc.)
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM including addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, bucket lists, interests, etc.
  • Preparing, developing, and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs with approvals from the Team lead or Special Assistant to Business Development.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Developing rapport with key decision-makers and translating proposals.



  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Should have worked in a similar role.
  • Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
