We are looking for a resilient, persuasive Business Development Executive with high negotiation skills to contribute to the growth of our company.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business while working with the management team to identify company risks that might prevent growth.
Owning the sales life cycle from prospecting to implementation means identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Liaise keenly with our in-house Digital Marketing Team to discuss new market trends and perform a market capture strategy.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients both on-site and off-site. Including managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Operations Team in running outbound campaigns (newsletters, emails, cold calling, event sponsorship, trade show presentations, etc.)
Maintaining client activities in CRM, including addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, bucket lists, interests, etc.
Preparing, developing, and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs with approvals from the Team lead or Special Assistant to Business Development.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Developing rapport with key decision-makers and translating proposals
REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Understanding of marketing strategies.
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Should have worked in a similar role.
Experience in the travel industry is also an added advantage.
