The pool, gardens, and riverfront are all visible from the large, but neglected rooms. There is no hot water, and the power is intermittent. Nonetheless, it’s a favorite weekend hangout for Bissau residents (especially for those simply enjoying the restaurant and scenery), so make a reservation ahead of time.
