A sampling and hot chocolate will be served to commemorate a job well done. Day 2Take a 45-minute pirogue ride early in the morning to slowly wake up to the sounds of the jungle and its wildlife. Before departing the ecolodge, have some traditional palm wine, locally known as “matango.” This alcoholic beverage is made entirely of natural ingredients and is the ideal way to cap off a lovely day.
