Itinerary

Day 1:  CAPE TOWN

After arriving, take the subsequent flight to Cape Town from Johannesburg. Once in Cape Town, be greeted, assisted, and driven to the hotel.

Day 2: TABLE MOUNTAIN, CAPE TOWN, ROBBEN ISLAND

After breakfast, ride a cable car to Table Mountain to start your city tour in Cape Town. Modern cable cars that revolve 360 degrees while ascending a mountain offer panoramic views of the city. View Cape Town magnificently from the summit. For views of Table Mountain once you've been there, go to the City Center, the Company Gardens, the Castle of Good Hope, and the Milnerton Lighthouse. Take the boat in the afternoon to Robben Island, the historic jail where former president Nelson Mandela spent more than 20 years as a political prisoner. Explore the lime quarries where political prisoners were made to labor in the sweltering sun, as well as the maximum security jail cell (Cell 5) where President Mandela and other prisoners of conscience were held. UNESCO has included this ancient site on its list of World Heritage Sites. The city of Cape Town.

Day 3: CAPETOWN

After breakfast, wander around the gorgeous "Malay Quarter," a living cultural museum and home to the Southern Hemisphere's oldest mosque. Discover the Cape Muslim community's distinct culture, way of life, and character, as well as how they have contributed to South Africa's growth. In the afternoon, go visit Nazareth House to observe how the Sisters of Nazareth care for the aged and ailing, orphaned, and abandoned children. It is one of the few facilities in South Africa designed specifically for children with highly severe needs.

Day 4: CAPE PENINSULAR FULL DAY TOUR

A full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula includes traveling to Hout Bay along the Atlantic coast's stunning white beaches and rugged mountains, continuing to Chapman's Peak Drive, one of the world's most beautiful drives, and visiting Cape Point Nature Reserve, where the Atlantic and Indian oceans converge. Through the Wine Country, go back to Cape Town.

Day 6: JOHANNESBURG- LESEDI CULTURAL VILLAGE

This afternoon, visit Lesedi Cultural Village, a contemporary town nestled among rocky hills where four South African tribes' cultures, traditions, and customs are brought to life. On a guided tour, see the four Zulu, Xhosa, Basotho, and Pedi homesteads while hearing a lecture on the history and lineage of the various ethnic groups. All of the villages will perform traditional music and dances in the afternoon. Visitors are encouraged to participate and demonstrate their artistic ability. There are foods from North, East, and Southern Africa included in the Pan African Feast at Nyama Choma restaurant. In the late afternoon, continue to Johannesburg and spend the remainder of the evening shopping at the upscale boutiques in Sandton.

Spend the entire day on the "Rise to Freedom" tour to learn more about South Africa's stormy past. Discover the country's turbulent history while seeing famous South African landmarks. Visit Constitution Hill, the site of the Old Fort Prison Complex, often known as Number Four, where up to 2000 black South Africans were processed every day at the height of apartheid persecution. There is currently a museum on the premises. In Soweto observe:

The 12-year-old Hector Petersen was slain during the Soweto riots, and the Hector Petersen Memorial honors his memory.
The Church of Regina Mundi When campaigners ran out of places to congregate, the church served as a solution. It was there on the most important day in Soweto's history when students stormed the church to protest the apartheid government's requirement that all schoolchildren learn Afrikaans. Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, the world's largest hospital, is named after the African National Congress leader who was assassinated in 1993.
Memorabilia, paintings, and photographs from the Mandela family are displayed throughout the four rooms that comprise Mandela's House. There is also a collection of honorary doctorates bestowed upon Nelson Mandela by institutions and organizations worldwide.
In Freedom Square, the Freedom Charter was accepted as the government's guiding document.

Day 8: JOHANNESBURG-PILANESBERG

After an early breakfast, go to Sun City, Africa's Las Vegas, a renowned casino and dream resort. In the late afternoon, proceed to Pilanesburg National Park for a wildlife drive in search of the "Big 5" in their natural habitat. After dinner, head back to Johannesburg to spend the night.
