Our Discovery Series programs are an ideal introduction to the highlights and must-sees of the destinations visited. Our Extreme Adventures appeal to people who long to experience nature’s most challenging enviroments. Journeys for Women offer an opportunity to discover the world’s most remarkable destinations in the company of other women and from a woman’s perspective. Do you offer custom travel arrangements?
Yes, we can create a unique, custom-designed independent itinerary just for your clients. Travel can be solo, with family and friends, or as a group.

Payment Information/Tour Materials

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
What payment is required at time of booking?
For most programs, a deposit of 25% per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of the request in order to secure confirmation.
When do you send out documentation and tour materials, and what can I expect in each shipment?
Itinerary details, travel tips, personal information/health forms, and visa information — is sent upon receipt of tour deposit to your agency. Final documentation — which includes a leather travel wallet, luggage tags, contact list and any applicable air tickets — is sent to your agency 35 days prior to departure.
