Day 1 Arrival Luanda

Arrive Luanda; meet assist and transfer to hotel.

Day 2 Luanda/Kwanza

After breakfast, go on a city tour of Luanda which was founded in 1575 by Portuguese colonists. Since then it has been the cultural heart of Angola. In the afternoon drive to Kwanza River via Miradoura de Lua, also known as “The Valley of the Moon”. After lunch, go on a cruise on the Kwanza river which boasts over 50 different species of fish and a large variety of wildlife.

Day 3 Kissama National Park/Kwanza River/Luanda

After breakfast go on an early morning game drive at Kissama National Park. Kissama covers over 3 million acres, which is twice the size of Rhode Island. You will likely spot the indigenous palanca antelope that was thought to have been on the brink of extinction. In the evening return to Luanda for your onward flight.
